- Successful completion of public, private, or homeschooling at the high school level or obtainment of a recognized high school equivalency credential, recognized by an institution of higher education or a private or independent institution of higher education, as defined by Texas Education Code, §61.003.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics fundamentals, equal to a minimum of 40 hours of formal instruction in data analytics or 3-6 months of employment in a data analytics position or completion of the “Introduction to Data Analytics Seminar.” Completion of the “Introduction to Data Analytics Seminar” is required if you are new to Data Analytics.
What The Job Readiness Schedule Looks Like
There will be mandatory Interview preparation sessions for all Job Readiness students on every Saturday between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST and optional Help sessions between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday based on where you are in the program.

What are the requirements to enroll in your courses?
To enroll in the "Introduction To Data Analytics Seminar", you need to meet the following requirements set by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC):
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
To enroll in all other courses, you need to meet the following requirements set by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC):
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must hold a valid Social Security Number (SSN).
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

How much does the Job Readiness Program cost?
Are there any software and hardware requirements to join your courses?
To create an effective online learning environment, it is essential to have access to a computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, which can be either a Windows system or a Mac running a Windows operating system. Additionally, a functional camera and microphone are necessary. Active participation and engagement are crucial, requiring you to maintain visibility to the entire class through the camera and actively contribute to discussions throughout the program.
Can I enroll in your program if I am an international student?
Certainly! International students are welcome to enroll in our courses, provided they meet certain requirements. The following criteria must be met by international students:

The primary purpose of the seminar is to introduce you to the field and provide you with the fundamental knowledge and skills required for advanced instruction, while also being useful to you in your current job.
This seminar does not result in a license or any occupational credential.
